We create analytical plasmonic devices to detect a wide range of molecular interactions in label-free samples Lamdagen has an attractive job opening for an experienced biochemist with a background in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and surface chemistry. The successful candidate will conduct biomolecular binding studies. Work will include proving in various immobilization protocols, preparing sensor surfaces, running assays and performing quantitative data analysis. Conducting local Industry demonstrations will also be part of the job. Requirements: Biochemist with a MS degree and a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience or a PhD with 3 years experience. Experience in enzymology, especially binding assays, analytical biochemistry, immobilization of biomolecules. Experience with SPR (e.g. Biacore) highly desired. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative, flexible and driven to succeed within a well working team. Entrepreneurial thinking and independence are key requirements for this challenging position.
