This illustrative sensorgram was done using the single channel LamdaGen Handheld Field Instrument. Micro-well #1 was incubated for 5 minutes with PBS, followed by the addition of 10 µl Streptavidin, then 100 µl PBS wash, followed by 10µl of anti-Streptavidin on a bare gold surface.
